The Pentair PWS 1465 Water Softener is a fully automatic hard water softener that converts your incoming hard water into soft water using 150 litres of golden resin media. It recharges itself with no manual intervention, holds 50kg of salt, and uses 24kg per recharge cycle the larger of Pentair's domestic softeners, sized for bigger homes and higher water demand.
What hard water is doing to your home. If your supply is borewell or municipal-hard, you already see it: soap that will not lather, scum on tiles and taps, white scaling on your shower and geyser, stiff laundry, dry skin and hair. That same scaling is building up inside your water heater, washing machine, and plumbing, shortening the life of every appliance water touches. Sized for a larger home. With 150 litres of resin and a 50kg salt capacity, the PWS 1465 handles more water between regenerations than the smaller PWS 1354 (100L resin, 30kg salt) suiting a larger house, more bathrooms, or higher daily consumption. The larger salt reservoir also means longer intervals between refills, at 24kg consumed per recharge.
